Espresso machine dealers and service centres in Bengaluru

Five dealers publish a Bengaluru address on their own websites and sell espresso machines for cafés: Kaapi Machines (Indiranagar), Kaapi Solutions (Sadashivanagar), Benki Brewing Tools (Jayanagar), Brewing Gadgets (Yelachenahalli) and Something's Brewing (Indiranagar). Only Kaapi Machines is named as a partner on a manufacturer's own page. Four say they offer maintenance or AMCs.

Everything below is what each business says about itself on its own website, unless we say otherwise. Order within each group is alphabetical, not a ranking.

The five at a glance

Which of these is authorised by a manufacturer?

Only one authorisation could be checked on a manufacturer's own website. La Marzocco announced Kaapi Machines as its Indian partner, and its export manager said La Marzocco wanted a partner with "national service capability" (La Marzocco).

Kaapi Machines also says it is an "authorised dealer and distributor" for WMF, Carimali, Rancilio, La Cimbali and Mahlkönig (Kaapi Machines). We did not find those brands' own pages confirming it. Rancilio Group's own office list, for example, shows no Indian office or distributor (Rancilio Group).

The other four dealers list brands on their sites without saying, on the pages we read, that the manufacturer authorises them. That does not mean they are unauthorised. It means you should ask for proof.

Kaapi Machines, Indiranagar

Address: No. 3320, 7th Cross, 12th A Main Road, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru 560008. The company calls this its head office and lists separate sales and service phone numbers (Kaapi Machines).

What it offers: sales, installation, service, barista training and café consulting (Kaapi Machines). Its south India service team covers Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Kerala (Kaapi Machines).

Service contracts: it describes an annual maintenance contract with visits every 15, 30 or 60 days, and a preventive maintenance contract with fortnightly or monthly inspections and "zero-cost repairs" during the contract (Kaapi Machines). Prices are not published. We did not find a rental offer on the pages we read.

Brands: La Marzocco (confirmed by La Marzocco), plus WMF, Carimali, Rancilio, La Cimbali and Mahlkönig grinders by its own account.

Kaapi Solutions, Sadashivanagar

Not to be confused with Kaapi Machines; they are separate companies. Kaapi Solutions' head office is in New Delhi (Kaapi Solutions).

Bengaluru address: 219/11, 3rd Floor, above PPS Skoda showroom, Bellary Road, Sadashivanagar, Bengaluru 560080 (Kaapi Solutions).

What it offers: its Bengaluru page lists sales, installation and commissioning, barista training, preventive maintenance, AMCs, and "equipment rental and consultancy" (Kaapi Solutions). It is the only dealer here whose own page mentions rental.

Brands: Astoria, CIME, Rocket Espresso, Mazzer, Eureka, Melitta Cafina and Necta (Kaapi Solutions). Its CEO told a trade publication in March 2026 that the company had started assembling machines in India and described a partnership with Astoria (FoodTechBiz).

Response time: its service page promises a response "within 4 hours" in metro cities and says it has "35+ trained technicians across the country" (Kaapi Solutions). In the same March interview the CEO said it had "more than 110 engineers across 43 cities" (FoodTechBiz). The two figures differ, so ask how many technicians are based in Bengaluru.

Benki Brewing Tools, Jayanagar

Address: 335, 36th A Cross Road, 9th Main, 5th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru 560041. Benki also lists offices in Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai and Aizawl (Benki).

Brands: its commercial machines page lists Sanremo, Slayer and Kees van der Westen, plus one machine under its own name (Benki).

What it offers: café and office setup, custom solutions, barista and staff training, and "Service & AMC" through an online service portal (Benki). It does not publish AMC terms. Its general warranty page says the customer pays freight to send a product back to Benki (Benki), so ask whether that applies to a commercial machine or whether a technician comes to you.

Brewing Gadgets, Yelachenahalli

Address: 52, near Ayyapa Swamy Temple, Nanjappa Layout, Yelachenahalli, Bengaluru 560078 (Brewing Gadgets). It lists separate commercial contacts for north, central and east India and for south and west India.

Brands: its commercial espresso machine page lists Victoria Arduino, La Marzocco, Slayer, Conti, Caye, Wendougee, Aging Lab and Dr Coffee (Brewing Gadgets).

What it offers: an AMC, scheduled "preventive checkups", installation and technical advice (Brewing Gadgets). The same page says it services Victoria Arduino, La Marzocco, Conti, Nuova Simonelli and other brands, claims a "full inventory of original spare parts" for the brands it supports, and says "We service what we sell, and more". It does not say which cities its technicians cover.

Something's Brewing, Indiranagar

Address: 3302 L, 12th A Main Road, HAL 2nd Stage Extension, Indiranagar, Bengaluru 560008. It also has a store in Surat (Something's Brewing).

Brands: its "coffee machine for café" page lists three machines: the La Marzocco Linea Mini R, the Lelit Elizabeth and the Budan Maestro (Something's Brewing). It also sells commercial grinders.

What it offers: the site advertises "Machine Maintenance Provided" and in-store demos, but publishes no AMC terms (Something's Brewing). Two more we could not fully verify

These may serve Bengaluru, but they did not meet our test of a Bengaluru address on their own website.

• Fresh & Honest. The Cimbali Group named it a distributor for Faema machines in India, according to World Coffee Portal. Its machines page lists Faema, Victoria Arduino, Nuova Simonelli, Gaggia, Carimali, Rancilio and others (Fresh & Honest). Its contact page blocked our request, so we could not confirm a Bengaluru address from it.
• Hébbey Coffee. It says its parent company is the exclusive Dalla Corte distributor for India and invites buyers to a studio in Bangalore, but gives no street address (Hébbey).

What should I ask a dealer before I buy?

Ask the same questions of every dealer and get the answers in writing. A machine that is down on a busy morning costs you that morning's coffee sales.

1. Are you authorised by the manufacturer? Ask for a letter or certificate, and ask who honours the warranty if you fall out with the dealer. A brand logo on a website is not proof.
2. How many technicians are based in Bengaluru, and are they trained by the manufacturer? National headcounts tell you little. Ask where the nearest technician sits and whether they have been trained on your model.
3. What is your response time, in hours, on a weekday and on a weekend? Get it into the contract, not just the brochure. Ask what happens if they miss it.
4. Which spares do you keep in Bengaluru? Gaskets, shower screens, solenoid valves, pumps and steam-wand parts are the usual suspects. Ask how long anything else takes to arrive from the importer.
5. Will you lend me a machine during a long repair? None of the five dealers mentions loaner machines on the pages we read. Ask anyway.
6. What exactly does the AMC cover? Visit frequency, parts versus labour, descaling, gasket changes, grinder burrs and emergency calls. Kaapi Machines publishes visit frequencies; nobody publishes prices.
7. Who installs it, and is training included? Commercial machines need a water line, drain and correct pressure settings. Ask whether staff training at handover is included or charged.
8. Do you install and service water filtration? Our machine guide explains why manufacturers tie warranties to water quality.

If you already own a machine and only need service, ask questions 2 to 6. Some dealers service brands they do not sell. Brewing Gadgets says so on its service page (Brewing Gadgets).

How we chose

We searched for businesses selling or servicing commercial espresso machines in Bengaluru, then opened each one's own website. A dealer made the list only if its own site gave a Bengaluru street address and listed espresso machines for café use.

We grouped and described dealers only on things you can check: whether a manufacturer's own page names them, which brands they list, and which services they say they offer. We did not rank on reputation, reviews or price, and we did not use marketplace listings to confirm an address. We left out businesses that sell only vending or office machines.
