Bea Hollis
A one-person caterer in Bristol whose dates, prices and deposits sort themselves out.
A date and a price before the first email
Bea takes two events a weekend, so the first question is always “are you free?”. Her site answers it: pick a service and a date, see whether it is free, and get a live estimate with travel, staff and hire already added. Holding the date takes a quarter of it as a deposit, and the enquiry lands with every detail she needs.
Menus that answer the allergy questions
Each season’s menu is published on the site with all 14 allergens marked on every dish, and filters for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. Guests stop sending the same five questions, and Bea stops retyping the same answers.
Office lunches that reorder themselves
Companies order boxed lunches by 2pm the day before, see the cut-off on screen, and can turn any order into a standing weekly one. Every order lands on one monthly invoice instead of a pile of small ones.
