Be the place guests find on Google, and book without a phone call.
A Google profile that is finished, a website with your menu and allergens clear, and bookings confirmed on WhatsApp. For independent restaurants, cafés, pubs and small hotels, at fixed prices in pounds.
The food and the welcome are rarely the problem. For most new guests, the Google listing is the first impression, and the website is where they decide.
1
A half-finished Google profile
Old hours, a handful of photos from years ago, no menu link, and reviews nobody has answered.
2
A menu nobody can read on a phone
A PDF that has to be zoomed, a photo of the chalkboard, or no menu at all. Allergens are “ask a member of staff”, which is fine in the room and no help to someone choosing where to book.
3
Bookings by phone and DM
Requests arrive by phone during service, Instagram messages and email, with no confirmation and no reminder. Some guests never hear back; some never show up.

Winter 2026–27
Christmas party season is close. Be easy to book before it starts.
Office parties and family meals are planned in November and booked into December. People search Google Maps, check the menu, and book whoever answers first. A site that launches in January misses all of it.

Booking means paying the 50% deposit by the date. The Google + Menu Setup is finished before 1 December. A website booked on 13 November is live by 3 December, sooner if you book earlier. WhatsApp bookings go live by mid-December, and hotel packages just before Christmas. We take a limited number of projects so each one launches on time.
How it works
From audit to launch
1
1. A free audit
Send us your venue. Within two working days we reply with what a guest sees today on Google and your site, and the three fixes worth the most.
2 working days
2
2. A fixed quote
Pick a package. We confirm the price in pounds or euros and the timeline in writing. Half to start, half at launch.
Same week
3
3. Build, with two checkpoints
You approve the design first and the finished site second, with two rounds of changes at each. Nothing launches that you have not seen.

4. Launch, then 30 days of fixes
We go live, hand over every account, and fix anything that needs it for a month. Stay on a monthly plan only if you want us to keep going.

Who builds it
A small studio, run by people from the trade.
Our founder grew up in his family’s restaurant, opened in 2009, and worked every role in it. Years in restaurant software followed, then places of his own. We build what we wanted when we were the ones running service.

Our terms
Simple, and in writing.
You own everything
Your domain, Google profile, WhatsApp number, booking tool and content are registered in your name. We are added as managers, and you can remove us any time.
Prices in pounds, in writing
Every package has a fixed price, in pounds or, for Ireland and the EU, in euros. Costs paid to others, such as your domain, booking tool or ad spend, are listed upfront and paid by you directly.
No long lock-in
Monthly plans run for three months, then month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Not sure which package?
Start with the free audit. We’ll tell you which one fits, or if none does.
No. We are a remote studio, and we work with venues by email, WhatsApp and video calls. Everything in these packages can be done remotely; photography is done by a local photographer we coordinate.
Do your prices include VAT?+
The prices on this page are what you pay us. We are not UK-based, so we do not add UK VAT to our invoices. If your business is VAT-registered, your accountant will know how to record services bought from abroad.
I’m in Ireland or elsewhere in the EU. Can I pay in euros?+
Yes. The euro figures on this page are a rounded guide; we confirm the exact price in euros in your quote. You can pay by bank transfer, Wise or card, in pounds or euros. One-off packages are paid half at the start and half at launch; monthly plans are paid in advance.
I already use a booking system. Do I have to change it?+
No. If you use OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms, Resy or similar, we put its booking widget on your site and Google profile and keep it. If you have nothing, we help you pick a free or low-cost tool, and you sign up in your own name.
Can you show allergens on my menu?+
Yes. In the UK and EU, food businesses must make information on 14 allergens available for the food they serve. We lay it out clearly for each dish on your menu page. The allergen details themselves have to come from your kitchen, and we publish exactly what you give us; we don’t work them out for you.
Does the European Accessibility Act apply to my website?+
It applies in EU countries, including Ireland, from 28 June 2025; it does not apply in the UK. Very small businesses, with fewer than 10 staff and turnover under €2 million, are exempt for the services they provide. We don’t give legal advice, but we build every site to WCAG 2.1 AA anyway, because it makes the site easier for every guest to use.
What about cookie banners and GDPR?+
Every site gets a cookie consent banner set up to UK and EU rules, so analytics and advertising tags only run after a guest agrees, and a plain privacy page you can adjust. Booking and contact forms collect only what you need to reply.
Who owns the domain and the website?+
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and every account is yours, with us added as a manager. If you leave, you keep the site, the domain and the content, and we help move the hosting.
