Candlelit dining room with white linen tables, burgundy velvet chairs, and dark panelled walls

Tasting menu · Harbour Quarter

An evening in nine courses

One room, twelve tables, a single menu that changes with the season. Dinner begins at six and unfolds slowly.

The room

Candlelight, dark oak, and a kitchen that cooks for one room only

There is no à la carte and no second sitting rushed in behind you. The menu is written around what arrived that morning, the pace is set by the kitchen, and the sommelier walks the floor all night. Come hungry, stay late.

Twelve tables. Nine courses. Around three hours, if the evening goes the way evenings here tend to go.
