Tomás Rey · barista & coffee educator
TenthPourNine pours to learn it. The tenth is yours.

I pull shots, steam milk, and teach both until they make sense. Tenth Pour is my studio bar and my cart — small classes, loud opinions about grind size, and coffee that gets better because you understand it, not because you bought a shinier machine.
What I do all day

Milk that behaves
Latte art is the receipt, not the product. I teach texture first — how milk stretches, when it splits, why your foam dies — so the rosetta stops being luck and starts being handwriting.
Shots you can repeat
Dose, grind, time, taste — the loop I run every morning and the loop I teach. When a shot runs fast you will know why, fix it in one move, and taste the difference in the cup, not on a chart.

The cart rides out
Between classes, Tenth Pour is a teal box on wheels. No menu board longer than four lines, no syrups, one grinder. Catch it at a market, taste what the training tastes like, argue with me about filter roasts.

Dates are weather-dependent and beans are finite. If the shutter is down, I am probably teaching — the training board always knows more than the cart does.

Three small classes, printed like a gig list. Pick one, grab a seat, leave making better coffee than the café downstairs.
