Quinn Bar Studio presents

Ada Quinn

Bartender · Bar consultant

Menus written, bars taken over, teams trained — one deliberate serve at a time.

Roll film

Scene 02 · The signature serve

A gold-rimmed coupe with a flaming orange twist, brass jigger and bar spoon behind it

Spec No. 07

Quinn spec book

The Brass Coupe

Glass
Gold-rimmed coupe, chilled hard
Spirit
London dry gin, split with blanc vermouth
Build
Stirred forty turns over dense ice, strained bright, a flamed orange coin snapped over the surface
Serve
Up, no ice, first round of the night

Every drink I put on a list is written down like this before it’s ever poured. If the spec can’t hold on a busy Friday, it doesn’t make the menu.

Hands stirring a crystal mixing glass with a brass bar spoon over a lit brass drip tray

Scene 03 · The craft

The drink is made before it is poured.

Forty turns of the spoon, then silence

Scene 04 · Under glass

A cut-crystal rocks glass resting under a glass cloche filled with drifting smoke

Spec No. 12

Quinn spec book

Under Glass

Glass
Cut rocks over a single clear block
Spirit
Rye, a bar spoon of demerara, two bitters
Build
Stirred down, poured over the block, cloched with applewood smoke and rested a slow sixty seconds
Serve
The dome lifts at the table, not at the bar

Theatre earns its place only when the drink underneath is already right. The smoke is the last line of the spec, never the first.
